The Point Campgrounds
The Point Self Contained Campsite is located a short 5 minutes drive from the town centre of Kaikōura, a 5 minute walk to the Seal Colony and is across the road from the world famous Seafood BBQ on Jimmy Armers Beach.
The campsite caters for self contained campervans, motorhomes and caravans. Nestled at the base of the foothills on the grounds of the family owned farm, the campsite offers magnificent sea views across the bay and to the mountains beyond.
The Point Campsite Facilities
Here at The Point Campsite we are taking camping back to the basics. We offer a quiet, spacious spot to park up for self contained vehicles. And yes, we're pet friendly.
No powered sites, no toilet blocks, no noisy traffic BUT lots of green grass for the kids or dogs to run around on, a beach across the road for swimming, sand castle building or rock pool exploring, hills to climb for a view well worth it, star gazing with no bright lights the list goes on.
